Young artists can explore, experiment, and develop their creative skills during this six-week after-school art program. Each weekly class offers small-group instruction, individualized attention, professional-quality art materials, and opportunities to work with a variety of artistic mediums and techniques in a collaborative environment.

Youth Art Explorers meets Wednesdays from September 16 through October 21, from 4:30 pm to 6 pm at April’s Art Haus in Boerne, TX. The six-week session includes one 90-minute class each week, with all professional art materials provided. Small class sizes allow for personalized instruction and encourage students to build confidence while developing their individual artistic styles.

The session concludes with an Artist Showcase where students can exhibit and sell their artwork to the public. Young artists learn how to select and prepare pieces for exhibition, create titles, set prices, and experience selling their work. One hundred percent of artwork sales proceeds go directly to the young artist to reinvest in future art classes and supplies. Fall enrollment is open, with limited availability.
