Art AfterHours – Glass Etching introduces participants to the process often referred to as French embossing, using modern techniques to create a personalized etched glass piece. Participants can choose to work on a colored glass pendant or a functional item such as a wine glass, selecting a design and learning how to achieve the soft, ghostly etched effect that gives glass its distinctive character.

This workshop will take place on October 20 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Hill Country Council for the Arts, located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. Admission is $35 and includes instruction and materials. The class is suitable for all skill levels and offers a creative introduction to decorative glass techniques.
