Outdoor and Nature Camps
Boerne Parks & Recreation Summer Camps
The City of Boerne Parks & Recreation Department hosts a wide variety of summer camps designed to keep kids active, learning, and exploring. Camps cover everything from outdoor recreation and creative activities to educational programs and sports.
Programs take place at parks and city facilities throughout Boerne and are led by experienced staff focused on creating a safe and fun environment for campers.
Camps this summer include Circus Arts, Camp Barbie: Life Preparation, Fashion Designer: Talented Expressions, Learning STEM with Hot Wheels, LEGO Designer, LEGO Mania, LEGO Full Day STEM, Superheroes: Cartooning & Writing, Survival Tactics, and Look At Me, I’m an Author. Cibolo Nature Camp
Where: 140 City Park Road, Boerne, TX
Cibolo Center for Conservation’s Nature Camp invites kids to step away from their screens and tune in to the outdoors. Each week features activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery in the natural world.
Campers enjoy scavenger hunts, nature games, birding, eco-exploration, and hands-on learning across the Cibolo’s ecosystems.
Camp runs Monday through Friday from June 1 through July 31.

Cub Scout Day Camp

The Alamo Area Council of Scouting America hosts a Cub Scout Day Camp for youth entering grades 1–5.
Campers participate in archery, BB shooting sports, games, crafts, and themed activities while earning rank-specific patches. Participants must be registered members of a Cub Scout Pack.

Boerne Soccer Club Summer Camps
Boerne Soccer Club’s Summer Soccer Camp offers four exciting days of fun, development, and competition under the guidance of experienced coaches from the club’s Center of Excellence and Select programs. Campers participate in technical training, tactical learning, scrimmages, shooting challenges, and games designed to help players improve their skills while building confidence and teamwork.
Players of all skill levels are welcome, from beginners just starting their soccer journey to experienced athletes looking to sharpen their edge for competitive play. Each registered camper receives an official camp t-shirt and opportunities for player evaluations and coaching feedback throughout the week.

Boerne Champion Summer Musical Theatre Camp

This two-week musical theatre camp allows students to experience the excitement of bringing a show to life. Campers learn singing, dancing, acting, choreography, and stage production while participating in theatre games and creative activities.
The camp is open to rising 1st–12th graders and welcomes students of all experience levels. The program is led by Champion Theatre Director Israel Aviles and supported by Champion High School theatre students.

Hermann Sons Life Camp

Hermann Sons Life Camp offers a traditional overnight summer camp experience for kids ages 7–14 at its Hill Country campus in Comfort.
