Art AfterHours – Image Transfer offers an exploration into the expressive process of transferring images onto paper or fabric using chemical and medium-based techniques. Participants will learn how different transfer agents affect imagery, resulting in softly distressed, ethereal surfaces reminiscent of Rauschenberg-style compositions. The transferred images can be incorporated into mixed media work, textile pieces, or surface design projects.

This workshop will take place on September 8 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Hill Country Council for the Arts, located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. Admission is $35 and includes instruction and materials. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced artists interested in experimental processes and layered visual storytelling.
