Art AfterHours – Ring Making introduces participants to the fundamentals of metal smithing through the creation of stacked rings made from non-ferrous metals. This hands-on workshop focuses on essential jewelry-making techniques, including ring sizing, filing, soldering, and finishing, while also providing practice with torch firing, metal texturing, and polishing. The class is designed to build foundational skills for anyone interested in exploring metals as an art form.

The workshop will take place on June 16 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Hill Country Council for the Arts, located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. The cost to attend is $35 and includes guided instruction and materials needed to complete the project.
