Monthly Sound Meditation at Patrick Heath Public Library

Monthly Sound Meditation offers a calming and immersive experience designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. The session will take place on May 23 from 7 pm to 8 pm at the Patrick Heath Public Library in the Community Room.
Led by Steve Daniel and Susan Damon, this program blends the soothing sounds of didgeridoo, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, poetry, and moments of quiet reflection. The experience invites participants to unwind, reset, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere focused on rest and mindfulness.
Guests are encouraged to bring mats, blankets, pillows, or other items for comfort while sitting or lying down. This program is open to anyone seeking a restorative and tranquil experience.
