Creativity and mindfulness come together during Soul Pages: An Intentional Junk Journal Experience on Thursday, July 23, at 6:30 pm at Of A Muse in Boerne.

The evening begins with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath designed to inspire creativity and encourage reflection before participants create their own junk journals using vintage papers, embellishments, and a variety of decorative materials. Each attendee will leave with a personalized journal that serves as a meaningful keepsake and creative expression of their unique journey.

No prior journaling or crafting experience is required, and all supplies are included. Admission is $55 per person.
