Tropical flavors and hands-on cocktail crafting come together during the Tiki in Texas Cocktail Workshop on Thursday, June 11, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at Camp Bar & Feed in Boerne. The 21-and-up experience takes place inside Bettina’s Sailing Club, a limited-time rum-themed pop-up designed to create an immersive tiki-inspired atmosphere.

Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail before participating in an interactive workshop led by Assemble Cocktail Workshop. The class includes instruction on creating two tropical cocktails using professional barware, premium spirits, fresh juices, house-made ingredients, and balanced syrups. Participants will also explore rum varieties, tiki flavor profiles, and modern cocktail techniques focused on creating refined and balanced drinks.

The workshop is designed to provide a lively and educational experience while giving guests practical cocktail-making skills they can use at home.
