If you’re out and about in Boerne this Saturday, March 8, you’ll want to make a quick stop at 248 N Main Chateau to check out The Brewbox Coffee Studio.
Hudson Leininger is making a name for himself in Boerne’s coffee scene and he’s still a 16-year-old junior in highschool! What started as a dream to run his own coffee business has turned into a growing mobile coffee bar, popping up at private parties, town events, and now on Main Street.
I first came across Hudson’s business at 248 N Main Chateau’s pop-up market around Christmas. I had already maxed out on caffeine for the day, but when I saw his espresso setup and his banner reading “The Brewbox Coffee Studio,” I had to try his cappuccino. And I’ve got to say—this kid knows how to make a pretty good cup of coffee.
Hudson has been running The Brewbox Coffee Studio for a little over three months, serving gourmet coffee drinks at private parties, business events, and pop-ups around town. This Saturday will be his third time setting up at 248 N Main Chateau, and he’s hoping to draw more people in to check out what he has to offer.
A Teen Entrepreneur with Big Dreams
When I asked Hudson about his business, here’s what he had to say:
“Starting a coffee business has always been a dream for me, so when I got the idea of bringing a classy coffee bar to anything from Christmas parties or baby showers to business parties, I jumped at the first chance. The first party was actually a hit, and more opportunities have followed.”
His goal? To find a small space in an established business on Main Street where he can serve his handcrafted drinks full-time, or to eventually save enough for a coffee trailer. He would love a permanent spot where he can keep serving high-quality coffee to locals.
Where to Find Him
Where: 248 N Main Chateau
When: 10 AM – 5 PM on Saturday, March 8
If you’re heading out for Boerne Market Days, swing by 248 N Main Chateau and grab a coffee from The Brewbox Coffee Studio. Hudson’s favorite drink is an Iced Vanilla Latte, but I can personally vouch for his cappuccino.
Boerne is full of great coffee shops, but there’s something special about supporting a young entrepreneur chasing his dream. Let’s help him keep growing—stop by, say hello, and grab a cup of locally brewed excellence. It’s a great way to start off your Spring Break!

I too have had the distinct pleasure to have enjoyed a cup of mocha Latte of Hudson’s making. It was a true coffee delight. I will be watching where he sets up next and will plan to be first in line!
