Gentle Dragon Yoga Boutique is set to open in March 2026 at the 1849 Executive Suites, located upstairs on Main Street a few doors down from Girl’s Night In. The studio will occupy Suite 209 on the second floor of the former William Hotel building, between Rosewood and San Antonio streets.
Gentle Dragon Yoga Boutique will offer group and private Vinyasa yoga classes in a calm, thoughtfully designed space. Classes will be capped at 10 students, allowing for a more supportive and approachable experience for practitioners of all levels.
All classes are designed to be beginner friendly while still offering a meaningful challenge. Students can bring their own mat or borrow one from the studio, and are encouraged to bring water. The studio will also offer a 15 percent military discount on memberships and private instruction.
The studio is owned and operated by Allison Elizondo, a yoga teacher and trauma recovery coach with nearly 30 years of personal yoga practice. After experiencing corporate burnout, she spent several years training in yoga and trauma recovery coaching with a focus on helping clients build emotional resilience through movement, breathwork, and self-awareness.
In addition to yoga classes, Gentle Dragon Yoga Boutique will offer one-on-one coaching sessions for clients looking to deepen their self-awareness and resilience through guided support.
Free parking is available behind the building or along Main Street, and elevator access to Suite 209 is located at the rear of the building.
More details about class schedules and memberships are expected to be announced closer to opening.

That website is currently being designed and has not yet launched. Gentle Dragon Wellness is my umbrella company, and the website referenced in the article (gentledragonwellness.com) is being retired. Coaching services will be offered on a very limited basis once the studio is open.
