Boerne went up against Newton, Pennsylvania in the Little League World Series on Thursday evening, August 15. And boy did they do Texas proud!

Not only did Boerne win – but they absolutely dominated.

Boerne took an early lead, but things really took off when Kole Newson crushed a grand slam to give Boerne an 8-0 lead.

The final score was 9-0.

Boerne moves on to the next round, where they will play Monday, August 19. Should they continue on, the championship game will take place on August 25 and air on ESPN.
