Boerne has won its third game in the Little League World Series, and will now move on to the US Championship game. And that means they are only one more win away from the chance to win the entire thing!
Boerne took the lead early in the first inning with two runs. However, Nevada came back and tied it up after Boerne pitching began to struggle in the second.
But the struggle was short lived, as pitching got back on track and Boerne offense got fired up again.
The final score was 2-5.
Boerne will play August 24th in the US Final. Should they win, they will then move on to the World Championship game on August 25th. We’ll update our watch guide with the latest info shortly.
