Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club Opens New Group Fitness Studio

Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club continues to build on its major campus renovations with the launch of a brand-new Group Exercise Studio inside The Forge, marking the next phase of its investment in wellness-focused amenities for members.

The first group exercise classes officially kicked off on Friday, February 6, drawing a strong turnout for early offerings like Functional Strength and Barefoot Fusion. According to club leadership, the response reinforced what members have been asking for since The Forge first opened last summer as part of the club’s multimillion-dollar transformation.

The Forge originally debuted in 2025 as a state-of-the-art fitness center designed to serve golfers, tennis players, families, and wellness-focused members alike. With the addition of the Group Exercise Studio, the club is now offering a more structured and social approach to fitness alongside its existing open gym, performance training, and recovery spaces.

The new studio introduces a full weekly lineup of instructor-led classes, including Functional Strength Training, Barefoot Fusion, Circuit Training, HIIT, Spin, Mat Pilates, yoga-based classes, and stability and flexibility sessions. Classes are offered throughout the week at various times, with each session running 50 minutes and built-in transition time between classes forge group fitness.

In addition to the Group Exercise Studio, The Forge also includes a dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio, Performance Studio for small group and youth training, and optional membership upgrades such as recovery and contrast therapy rooms. Members can further customize their experience through monthly program subscriptions or per-class pricing options, allowing flexibility based on fitness goals and schedules.

Club officials say the expansion reflects a broader shift toward holistic wellness at Fair Oaks Ranch, emphasizing strength, mobility, recovery, and community alongside traditional country club offerings. The new group classes are designed to be accessible for a wide range of fitness levels, while still providing structure and expert instruction.

The Group Exercise Studio is now open and classes are ongoing. Members can view schedules, sign up for sessions, or explore fitness program options by contacting The Forge directly at 210-582-6740.
