Boerne is about to get a delicious new addition! Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar is gearing up to open in February 2025 at 250 River Rd. Situated right across from the newly revamped River Road Park, this spot is perfect for enjoying a seafood feast while overlooking the Cibolo Creek.

Pinchy’s will bring something completely new to Boerne—a focus on high-quality lobster and a raw bar. While we have the recent (tasty!) seafood addition of La Fours, a dedicated raw bar is a fresh concept for our town. With its coastal-inspired menu, Pinchy’s promises to offer a dining experience that’s both unique and exciting.

The location itself holds a lot of potential. The shaded patio, which overlooks the park, is sure to be a big draw for those looking to enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors. But there’s also the inside which was completely renovated a few years ago, with an upscale vibe and good bar seating. We’re curious to see what, if anything, Pinchy’s does to change the look of the space.

Now, it’s worth mentioning that this location was previously home to El Cazador, an upscale Mexican seafood restaurant that struggled to find its footing. We really enjoyed the space, but the prices were pretty steep (and the reviews reflected as much).

The hope is that Pinchy’s will be able to thrive in this prime location. Pinchy’s currently has a location in Tennessee which is highly reviewed, so it seems like they know what they’re doing!
