Can you believe that Boerne ISD students head back to school on August 11?
To get you prepared, we’ve put together a quick guide to help make your first week of school as smooth as possible. Whether you’re checking supply lists, planning around school holidays, or looking for important resources, we’ve got you covered.
Presented by Platinum Pediatrics

Platinum Pediatrics is led by Dr. Mark Rodkey, a board-certified physician in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine with over 30 years of experience. They’re home to the only board-certified Pediatric Emergency Physician in Boerne!
That means when your child spikes a fever at 9:30 pm and you are wondering if it is ER-worthy, you have another option.
Their direct care membership model gives families in-office, phone, text, and telemedicine access, encouraging a proactive approach instead of reactive care.
Visit them at 645 South School Street, Suite 101 or call (830) 212-4554.
